İade Politikası
Miskanber Mağazacılık Kozmetik Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“Miskanber”), kullanılmamış ürünler için 14 (ondört) günlük iade politikası uygular. Ürünü teslim aldığınız tarihten itibaren 14 (ondört) gün içerisinde sebep belirtmeksizin iade edebilirsiniz. İade talebinizin kabul edilebilmesi için şartlarımız:
- Ürün denenmemiş, paketi açılmamış, bozulmamış kullanılmamış, olmalıdır.
- Ürün ve Ürün'e ait aksesuarlar zarar görmemiş olmalıdır.
- Ürün'ün faturası iade kargosuna eklenmelidir. Eğer Fatura online olarak gönderildiyse, tüketici faturayı tarafımıza e-posta ile göndermelidir.
- Ürün denenmiş, yıpranmış, kullanılmış, tekrar satılamayacak hale gelmiş şekilde tarafımıza ulaşırsa size geri göndermemiz gerekebilir. Bu durumda ücret iadesi yapılmaz.
- İade kargosu satıcı firma tarafından karşılanacaktır.

Ürün Miskanber’e ulaştıktan ve gerekli incelenmeler yapıldıktan sonra, satın alma işleminde tarafımızla paylaştığınız e-posta adresi aracılığıyla bilgilendirileceksiniz. İade talebinizin onaylanması durumunda, ürün bedelinin iadesi kullanmış olduğunuz ödeme aracına bağlı olarak 15 gün içerisinde yapılacaktır.
Ürünü teslim aldığınız tarihten itibaren 15 (onbeş) gün içerisinde ürünün değişimini de talep edebilirsiniz. Değişim talebinin onaylanması için gerekli koşullar iade koşullarıyla aynıdır. İade ve Değişim için kargo bedeli satıcı firmaya aittir. Miskanber, iade ve değişim sürecinde kaybolan ya da zarar gören kargolar için sorumluluk kabul etmemektedir.Kampanyalar
